Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday, so please consider this when choosing your delivery option.
For same-day dispatch on tracked services, orders must be placed by 12:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Nail Polish
Due to shipping regulations, a small delivery fee of £2 will be applied to orders containing a single nail polish (under £5.90). We cannot ship nail polish outside of the UK.

Please note that busier periods may result in delivery delays and due to this, we kindly ask for you to allow a few extra days on top of these estimated timeframes.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by delivery re-attempts, customs or transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees or customs charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
Our policy allows for you to get a refund or return a product within 30 days of purchase. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return.
To complete your return, we require you to complete the returns slip provided in your delivery. Please send your sealed returns back to the address given on the returns slip provided with your order.
Please note that the return postage will need to be covered by the customer and not W7.
On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, refunds can only be provided on full-price items. For full details please see our terms and conditions.
